You can either go fo a bulking stack if in the currents workout cycle your aim is to gain as much muscle as possibleor a cutting stack if your aim is to lose as little fat as possible. Bulking after cutting
It is one of the best drugs for cutting after a muscle bulking cycle. The reason it is best for cutting is because you have to put it under your skin (and it is very difficult to get to your muscles from your arm), so you can do 3 or 4 full days of lifting before you put this drug on your skin. You can put it on your skin 2-3 days after you've been lifting in the muscle group for 3 days, bulking workout chart. I usually put 0.1g per square inch of my skin with it (it is easy to scrape off and put on your next cycle). It is also good to put it on the skin a day before you perform crunches because you get so much of the drug into your body very fast and it is also good to give it a day or two before you exercise, bulking workout gym.
